At YYC Inner City Towns we’re here to guide townhome developers, and subsequent owners, when selling their property. Inner City townhouses are uniquely positioned in the market and offer a tremendous amount of value and affordability to those not willing to compromise on location first, and style second. Obviously there is a sacrifice to be attached directly with a neighbour, but with the advancement of sound-proofing technology and with the right developer this often is a non-issue.

In addition to advising countless developers on creating projects that are highly valued we have helped market and sell all sorts and types of townhouses. Presenting the benefits and positioning within the market is very different for this unique product-type.

Our biggest strength and the source of us being able to advise developers and sellers comes from intimately understanding and regularly working with townhouse buyers. We show most of the product that is listed on the market and get instant feedback from the various buyers we’re working with, and this in turn is used to correctly advise and market our listings. We essentially translate the data from our real estate experiences and resources to inform and educate sellers resulting in market-informed decisions. Kamil Lalji

Born and raised in Calgary, Kamil has a long family history in real estate dating back three generations. He graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an undergraduate degree in Management and Organizational Studies and continued to further his formal education in Real Estate Valuation from UBC, along with countless additional certifications.

Kamil began practicing real estate with CIR Realty in 2005 and has successfully led a Top Producing team since 2007. An avid mentor in the industry, Kamil’s expertise spans an array of specialties, with a particular focus on luxury and high-quality builds located in the inner city. Kamil offers professional consulting services for residential developers and is an active member of the Calgary Inner City Builders Association.

As a recognized and respected leader in the field, Kamil has been able to strategically position himself among a network of local builders, developers, agents, architects and designers; these relationships enable him to find unique properties, understand and optimize value, and directly connect Buyers and Sellers to the ideal property or people.
